Job summary

Spencer Richardson is seeking a Business Technical Analyst to bridge business and technology across multisite locations in the UK. You will translate operational needs into technical requirements and help deliver technology projects, ensuring changes are well documented, tested and transitioned into BAU.

You will work with stakeholders to capture requirements, create specs, and support delivery while embedding new ways of working and driving operational efficiency through technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience translating business requirements into technical specs.
• Experience supporting system configuration and change control.
• Experience delivering technology projects and BAU transitions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements through workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Create process maps, user stories and functional specifications.
• Work with developers, Product Owners and Project Managers to clarify scope and support delivery.
• Coordinate documentation for ongoing support and transition into BAU.
• Assist in testing, implementation and release of new systems and changes.
• Support transition of new systems into day-to-day operation and BAU.
• Embed new ways of working and drive adoption across the business.
