Job summary

Speedy Freight is seeking an on-site Systems & CRM Support specialist to empower franchisees, branches and internal teams with our CRM and data tools. You’ll help users derive value from HubSpot, TMS, FAME and ZoomInfo, turning data into actionable insights.

You’ll create dashboards, deliver onboarding, and advise on process improvements while building strong relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Sales and IT. On offer is a supportive culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• You’ll likely have experience in a commercial, operational or CRM-focused role where you’ve supported users, analysed data and improved business processes.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar) and data reporting is highly desirable.
• Ability to train others and build strong stakeholder relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support users with HubSpot, TMS, FAME and ZoomInfo to maximise system use.
• Create reports and dashboards that highlight business performance.
• Turn data into practical recommendations for franchisees and teams.
• Deliver engaging onboarding and systems training across the network.
• Share best practices and drive system launches and process improvements.

This isn’t an IT support role.

You’ll become the go-to person for our franchisee, branches and in house sales & marketing teams, helping them use systems like HubSpot, our Transport Management System (TMS), FAME and ZoomInfo to work smarter, win more business and make better decisions.

What you’ll be doing...

You’ll work closely with franchisees, sales teams and operational colleagues to make sure our systems are being used effectively across the network.

Your day could include:

• Supporting users with HubSpot, TMS, FAME and ZoomInfo
• Helping franchisees get the most from our systems
• Creating reports and dashboards that highlight business performance
• Turning data into practical recommendations
• Delivering engaging onboarding and systems training
• Sharing best practice across the franchise network
• Supporting new system launches and process improvements
• Working with Operations, Marketing and IT to continually improve the way we work

What we’re looking for...

• Building relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Finding practical solutions rather than just highlighting problems
