This position could suit a current Business Systems Manager or an experienced Business Systems Analyst ready to take the next step.
It’s essential that you have demonstrable experience working with systems in the insurance sector, backed by knowledge of the insurance process in either a commercial or personal lines environment. You should possess strong technical skills in developing and implementing new system solutions, a comprehensive understanding of computer applications and systems, and excellent analytical, innovative, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Change Management to support business process, systems, and technology transitions is also required. You must be able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
The office is based in state-of-the-art premises in central Manchester. We are open to considering candidates from further afield who are willing to travel to Manchester periodically.
