About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager who comes from a background in the regulated industries. You will be leading the initiatives on a new online web portal which is being built. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our business systems.
• Lead and manage system-related project workstream, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within business systems.
• Generate reports and conduct analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements:

• Experience of working in regulated industries.
• Change Management qualities to drive and support the transition of business processes, systems, and technology with minimal disruption and maximum adoption.
