Job summary

Children and Family Health Devon is seeking a full-time Band 4 Business Support Team Leader to oversee administrative functions within the Torbay Business Support Team at Torbay Hospital.

You will lead a team of up to eight staff, handling workload, performance, and absence while managing mailbox management, clinic planning and data validation to ensure smooth operation of physical health pathways across Torbay and South Devon.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time 1.0wte, office-based Band 4 Business Support Team Leader to join our friendly team working within our Torbay Business Support Team, based at our John Parkes site, Torbay Hospital . You will be leading a team of business support colleagues to help ensure the smooth operational running of our services' physical health pathways across Torbay and South Devon. Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) is the place to be! • providing day-to-day line management of up to eight direct reports
• dealing with management issues such as workload, performance, absence etc
• mailbox management
• clinic planning
• data validation
• building compliance oversight
