We have an exciting opportunity for a part time 0.6wte (30 hours), office-based Band 4 Business Support Team Leader to join our friendly team working within our Southern Business Support Team, based at our Lescaze site, Dartington. You will be leading a team of business support colleagues to help ensure the smooth operational running of our services' physical health pathways across Torbay and South Devon. Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) is the place to be! We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to play a key role within our Southern Business Support Team, overseeing a range of essential administrative functions including:

• providing day-to-day line management of up to eight direct reports
• dealing with management issues such as workload, performance, absence etc
• mailbox management
• clinic planning
• data validation
• building compliance oversight
