  • Contract Type: Fixed Full Time for 12 Months

  • Salary: Starting at £24,790 (Level one), rising to £25,584 (Level four) per annum (pro rata for part-time)

About the Role

To provide comprehensive, flexible business support to internal and external customers, ensuring consistent service delivery across the council and community. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, signposting services, managing information systems, and meeting deadlines while maintaining standards.

The successful candidate will support the team at Cherry Trees, a modern residential care home in Bestwood Park, caring for up to 45 residents aged 65 and over, promoting independence and well-being.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in computer use for correspondence and record-keeping, with adaptability to new IT systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sensitivity to customer and staff needs

A DBS enhanced check is required for this role.
