Contract Type: Fixed Full Time for 12 Months

Salary: Starting Salary is £24,790 (Level one) rising to £25,584 (Level four) per annum (pro rata for part-time)

To provide comprehensive, flexible, and tailored business support services across Nottingham City Council, ensuring consistency of service delivery to internal and external customers. Business Support Officers at Level 2 are expected to handle enquiries, signpost to services, organize and develop information systems, and communicate effectively face-to-face, in writing, and over the phone, while adhering to business support standards.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team at Cherry Trees, a modern residential care home in Bestwood Park, which offers luxurious facilities and outstanding care for up to 45 residents aged 65 and over. Cherry Trees provides a nurturing environment with compassionate caregivers, ensuring residents maintain independence and peace of mind.
