MBDA UK is seeking a Business Support Officer to provide proactive administrative support to the UK Programmes team at Stevenage on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves managing complex diaries, travel, and meetings, and requires proactive, accurate support to Senior Management.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, organization, and confidentiality, with strong MS Office skills and a willingness to develop within the team. Hybrid working is offered with 2-3 days onsite.

Salary: Circa £28,000 depending on experience
Location: Stevenage (with flexibility to travel to other UK sites occasionally)
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Working 2-3 days a week onsite with a flexible/blended approach to office and remote working.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
Working as a Business Support Officer (BSO) in a friendly and supportive team on a 12 month fixed term contract, you will provide administrative and operational support to the one of our Programmes team based at our Stevenage site.
