This is a busy but rewarding role where you will play a key part in supporting children, young people and families by ensuring referrals and safeguarding information are processed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.

Building strong partnerships with local services, Health, Police and Education., As a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of Family Connect by processing incoming referrals and undertaking a range of administrative tasks associated with safeguarding and children's services.
Working closely with social workers, managers and partner agencies, you will ensure information is recorded and managed in line with organisational policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
