The Business SupportOfficerwill providebusiness support,including case administrationand communications with Service Users.
The Business SupportOfficerwillhandlethe collation and active management of the Knowledge Base, includingthe partnership directory,availableopportunities,and eligibility criteria. They will also managethe servicedirectory and related interfaces withcomplementaryservice providers.
BusinessSupport
Process referrals on multiple CRM systems.
ScheduleInitial Assessments with both Service Users and external organisations.
Build excellent relationships with colleagues, Service Users,and external organisations.
Maintain and improve robust admin systems and procedures.
Completetasksandprojects as directed by manager.
Support the collation of performance data against a range of key performance indicators,compliance,and quality standards.
Complete spot checks and reviews of electronic records to ensurequality and complianceagainst contractual and delivery standards.
General administrative experience in a high-volume environment.
Experience ofeffective and efficient calendar management.
Ability to build rapport with Service Users and to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to make andkeepexcellent professional relationships with colleagues and partners.
High levelof attention to detail along with the ability to organise workload and prioritise to meet deadlines.
An openness tonew ideasand ways of working, with a willingness to learn and develop from formal feedback.
ExcellentIT (Information Technology)skills, particularly including CRM.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team setting.

Whilst we welcome applications from those with lived experience, this role requires an enhanced DBS check and HMPPS EL1 vetting. Due to the time required to complete these checks, successfulcandidates will be offered a start date at least 6 weeks from the point of job offer. This should allow sufficient time for all necessary pre-employment clearances to be obtained
