Ingeus is a leading provider of employment, skills and health & wellbeing services. We are seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant in Ealing to build relationships with local employers and create sustainable job opportunities for participants.

You will identify leads, partner with Employment Advisors to align candidates with market needs, and deliver post-placement support to ensure long-term employment success in a targets-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience in employer engagement, account management, recruitment, business development or employability services.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently with employers, stakeholders and community partners.
• Experience of working in a sales/target driven environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with local employers to generate job opportunities
• Proactively identify leads through networking and market engagement
• Partner with Employment Advisors to prepare our participants for the labour market and align them with employer needs
• Deliver post-placement support to employers to ensure long-term employment success
• Collaborate with internal teams to support participants at risk and improve retention outcomes

Employer Engagement Consultant
Salary: £36,000 per annum
Location:Ealing

Ingeusare looking for a results and relationship drivenEmployer Engagement Consultantto join our Employment Services team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities for our participants.

You’ll be joining a team that lives our values of take pride, do the right thing, believe in everyone, care and respect and own itguiding how we support participants, employer partners and each other.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and manage relationships with local employers to generate job opportunities
