Ingeus is seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant in Lewisham to build strong relationships with local employers and create sustainable job opportunities for participants. You will lead initiatives to identify leads, align participant readiness with employer needs, and deliver ongoing post-placement support.

The role emphasizes networking, account management and a results-driven approach to improve employment outcomes within a supportive, values-led team.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of local labour market trends and employer needs.
• Experience in employer engagement, account management, recruitment, business development or employability services.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with employers, stakeholders and community partners.
• Experience working in a sales/target driven environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert employer engagement into sustainable employment outcomes.

Responsibilities

Salary: £36,000 per annum

In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities for our participants.

You’ll be joining a team that lives our values of take pride, do the right thing, believe in everyone, care and respect and own itguiding how we support participants, employer partners and each other.

In this role, you will:
