Ingeus are seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant to join our Employment Services team in Harrow. You will develop and manage relationships with local employers to generate job opportunities and support participants' transition to work.

You'll identify leads, collaborate with Employment Advisors, deliver post-placement support and work toward KPIs in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Ingeus offers comprehensive benefits and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

Salary: £36,000 per annum
Location:Harrow

Ingeusare looking for a results and relationship drivenEmployer Engagement Consultantto join our Employment Services team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities for our participants.

You’ll be joining a team that lives our values of take pride, do the right thing, believe in everyone, care and respect and own itguiding how we support participants, employer partners and each other.

In this role, you will:
