We are seeking a highly organised and experienced office and facilities manager to oversee daily operations of the London office’s client suite and overall office, working in conjunction with the firm’s national Business Support and Facilities processes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with law firm operational experience to take ownership of the office’s day-to-day processes.
The role is an internal and client stakeholder-facing one, where professionalism and presentation are essential and where the post-holder will have excellent stakeholder relationship management experience.
This is a full-time role (35 hours a week) which will be fully office-based in our City of London office.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee facilities, client suite, and central support personnel, including day-to-day supervision and line management.
- Manage and oversee daily client suite operations, ensuring a five-star experience for clients attending the premises.
- Manage and oversee daily facilities operations, including managing suppliers, contractors, procurement, IT requirements, building maintenance, internal postal service, postal services, and utilisation of office space.
- Continuously update and monitor the office’s Health and Safety compliance in line with HSE regulations and the business’s safety policies and processes.
- Ensure the office adheres to HSE regulations and the firm’s internal risk and compliance policies and processes.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Strong office and facilities management skills.
- People management experience.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a law firm or other professional services firm is preferred, but consideration will be given to candidates with exceptional office management and facilities experience with transferable skills.
