Job description

The Division of Surgery is a busy and fast-paced environment providing Surgical services.

It is an exciting time for the division, and exceptional candidates are sought to deliver outstanding care for our local population. The successful candidate will work with our clinical teams and local partners to develop new models of care.

The Business Support Managers will collect and analyse performance data to inform decision-making. This role requires liaising with various staff disciplines to organise additional capacity to meet the demands placed on the Division. Additionally, the role has day-to-day responsibility for line managing administrative and clerical staff.

The Division of Surgery is recruiting for a Business Support Manager in the Urology Directorate. You will be part of the division’s operational management team, working alongside Directorate Managers and Operational Service Leads/Assistant Directorate Managers to support surgical specialties and collaborate closely with clinical colleagues.
