As a member of the Community Services Division within Corserv Care ensure the aims and objectives of the organisation and division are met by providing personalised support to vulnerable adults who live in the community and have identified care & reablement needs.The emphasis being on providing people with safe, responsive, effective, compassionate and high-quality care, via Care & Support. Care & Support works with individuals to ensure care is person centred and provides individuals with long term care and support to enhance the individuals quality of life
The role is responsible for the day-to-day administrative processes required by management.The role involves preparing planned schedules adjusting schedules on a day-to-day basis in response to short notice sickness/absence, to accommodate new referrals and as a result of any other changing circumstances. Following up with workers if it is noticed they are running late make contact with workers and or s/u’s. Crucially, this role will ensure that all care visits are covered and that no missed visits occur.
