We’re recruiting … Business Support

We are recruiting at our Bristol Depot for a Business Support.

The successful candidate will deliver and support value-add processes across the site.

Contract – Part-Time / Permanent

Location - Bristol Depot - BS11 0YW

Competitive Salary, paid monthly.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create purpose and direction around OGSM deliverables.
  • Manage payroll and HR administration, including time and attendance and holiday recording.
  • Support site people processes.
  • Manage agency bookings, collate and process timesheets, and handle invoicing.
  • Process PO’s and reconcile invoices.
  • Understand the impact of actions on achieving site/business OGSM and the bottom line.
  • Order uniforms & PPE, managing stock control and distribution.
  • Create and distribute reports for the site (H&S, STARTS, Airsweb, etc.).
  • Demonstrate health and safety leadership and embed the Muller safety culture.
  • Handle general office and facilities management, including coordinating hospitality when needed.
  • Deliver site inductions and manage induction processes.
  • Ensure site communications are up to date (notice boards, newsletters).
  • Communicate professionally with all contacts.
  • Act as first point of contact and carry out reception duties when required.
  • Investigate credit control claims.
  • Identify and pursue workplace improvement opportunities, leading own projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the business.

Shift Patterns

Part-time, Monday – Wednesday (10:00 – 16:00).

Key skills & experience

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in FMCG logistics environment desirable.
  • Highly motivated with a pragmatic approach.
