Business Support Administrator - Bristol

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our team at the Bristol site. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely administration of all documentation associated with contracts.

What You Will Be Doing:
  1. Processing purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
  2. Coordinating and recording the rectification of system faults.
  3. Setting up new installation projects.
  4. Processing and setting up small works projects.
  5. Providing onsite vetting support and maintaining security documentation.
  6. Approving and raising invoices.
  7. Creating and developing administration tools and KPIs.
  8. Liaising with Regional Engineering and Installation Managers.
  9. Coordinating with contracting authorities and key stakeholders within the end customer.
  10. Maintaining the Docuware storage system.
  11. Supporting the Head of Business Support as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
  1. Proficiency with commonly used office packages.
  2. High standard of computer literacy.
  3. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  4. Logical and numerical aptitude.
  5. Experience in a similar role.
  6. Eligibility to work in the UK/EU with a 5-year checkable work history.
