Job summary

Duncan & Toplis is seeking an efficient Business Services Accountant to join our Leicester or Grantham team, focusing on preparing client accounts and delivering accounting and business advisory services. You will work within a collaborative team to ensure high-quality, on-budget client delivery.

You will be involved in developing professional knowledge, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting business development initiatives across our service lines.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills enabling effective teamwork.
• Ability to develop professional and technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• ACCA/ACCA qualification or minimum of three years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client accounts and assist with comprehensive accounting and business advisory services.
• Deliver high‑level client work efficiently and with minimal supervision.
• Support training and development of team members and provide feedback.
• Promote Duncan & Toplis services to clients to maximise engagement and growth.
