Job summary

ISR Recruitment is partnering with a global pharmaceutical organisation to appoint a Business Programme & Product Manager for the ex-US rollout of Next Gen CRM and AI-enabled capabilities for Field teams. The role is hybrid, based in West London with remote work, and offers a daily rate of £520-£540 on a 12-month contract Inside IR35 via umbrella.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business programmes and product management in pharma or Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Drive business-side execution across Next Gen CRM and AI for Field portfolio.
• Translate strategy into clear actions, deliverables and business outcomes.
• Identify risks, gaps and dependencies; escalate and drive resolution.
• Coordinate across CRM, AI, Change, Commercial, Medical, IT, affiliates and external partners.
• Support product management and roadmap activities, including prioritisation and decision-making.
• Ensure affiliate requirements are reflected in programme planning.
• Develop high-quality materials for senior leadership and governance forums.
• Own programme reporting and governance, providing progress visibility.

Business Programme & Product Manager – Next Gen CRM & AI

The Opportunity

ISR Recruitment is supporting a global pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking an experienced Business Programme & Product Manager to support the ex-US rollout of Next Gen CRM and AI-enabled capabilities for Field teams.

This is a hands-on role working across Business, Product, Programme, Commercial, Medical, IT, affiliates and external partners to turn strategy into execution and ensure the programme delivers meaningful business outcomes.

This is not a traditional programme reporting role. The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially aware and comfortable identifying issues, connecting dependencies, bringing stakeholders together and driving problems through to resolution.

You will act as a hands-on extension of the programme leadership team, helping translate strategic priorities into tangible actions and outcomes across a complex global transformation programme where you will need to be comfortable working with ambiguity, challenging where necessary and taking ownership of issues rather than simply tracking them.

Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in Business Programme Management, Product Management, Commercial Operations or Business Transformation.
• Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences / Healthcare industry experience.
• CRM or customer-engagement platform experience.
• Salesforce and/or Veeva experience.
• AI-enabled business or field capabilities.
• Commercial or Medical Affairs transformation.
• Global / regional rollout programmes involving multiple affiliates or markets.
• Product roadmap and product management experience.
• Experience delivering complex programmes within a large/global organisation.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, teams and workstreams.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership in an ambiguous environment.
• Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Experience supporting significant business or technology transformation
