Job description

A leading Financial Services company is looking to hire a Business Process Improvement Analyst to join their Process Improvement team to deliver process improvement projects and coaching operational excellence across the company.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Be a Lean Six Sigma black belt with strong knowledge of end-to-end process modelling and analysis.
  2. Demonstrable experience in delivering process improvement.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to engage internal customers and achieve desired results.
  4. Exposure to multiple, diverse business domains and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  5. Logical, analytical, and structured thinking skills, with the ability to learn quickly and solve problems.
  6. Proficiency in BPMN 2.0.
  7. Knowledge of workflow and process automation.
  8. Experience with Business Process Management tools such as Appian, Bizagi, Pega is preferable.
  9. Experience in Power BI reporting and SharePoint would be advantageous.
