My client is a global technology company seeking 2 x Business Process Analysts to join on an interim basis. You will be part of a rapidly scaling technology business and play a key role in their future success. The role involves working closely with stakeholders across the organization to redesign and optimize processes related to their product development lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities Include:

1. Documenting workshop outputs in an agreed common format.
2. Capturing notes and supporting workshop leads and facilitators to achieve the best outputs from attendees.
3. Developing process documentation for assigned process areas, ensuring stakeholder sign-off.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders to review outputs, identify next steps, and areas for improvement.

Essential Criteria:

• 8+ years of experience as a business and/or process analyst.
• Successful delivery of process improvement initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically without getting lost in details.
• Proven experience in business change and transformation programmes.
• Previous experience documenting and enhancing business processes within the Product Development Lifecycle.
