Job description

A leading Financial Services company is looking to hire a Business Process Improvement Analyst to join their Process Improvement team. The role involves delivering process improvement projects and coaching operational excellence across the organization.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Be a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with strong knowledge of end-to-end process modeling and analysis.
  2. Demonstrable experience in delivering process improvements.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage internal customers and achieve desired results.
  4. Exposure to multiple, diverse business domains and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  5. Logical, analytical, and structured thinking abilities, with quick learning and problem-solving skills.
  6. Proficiency in BPMN 2.0.
  7. Knowledge of workflow and process automation.
  8. Familiarity with Business Process Management tools such as Appian, Bizagi, Pega (preferable).
  9. Experience with Power BI reporting and SharePoint (preferable).
