Position Summary
Due to business growth, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our STERIS CI Team. The role involves developing new or improving existing processes to enhance quality and reliability, either directly or by leading/supporting teams. The manager will establish medium to long-term objectives, focusing on cost savings and quality improvements, in a manner consistent with safety, company policies, customer service, and plant objectives. The role requires close collaboration with Operations, CI, Facilities, and Quality departments to manage complex process issues and contribute to overall business performance. This is a home-based position, with potential national and international travel.
