Job summary

Matchtech is recruiting a Business Process Automation Developer (IBM BAW) in Northampton. The role focuses on designing, developing and supporting workflow and process solutions for critical operations, with significant interaction with technical and business stakeholders.

• Participate in solution design, technical reviews and code quality initiatives
• Support Agile delivery activities including estimation, sprint planning and execution
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment activities and engineering best practices
• Produce and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners and Test Engineers to deliver outcomes

• Strong hands-on development experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
• Experience designing and implementing complex workflow and case management solutions
• Strong Java development skills
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and enterprise applications

We are recruiting for a Business Process Automation Developer (IBM BAW) based in Northampton, with 2-3 days per week onsite.
