Job summary

A dynamic Housing Association is seeking a Business Analyst to investigate, analyze and improve business activities and processes. Your insights will influence efficiency, stakeholder engagement and strategic outcomes across teams and external providers.

This FTC role (12 months, with potential extension or transition to permanent) involves facilitating discovery, mapping workflows, documenting requirements and supporting end-to-end delivery with a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

This FTC opportunity is initially for 12 months, with the possibility for extension or transition to a permanent role.

Salary - £45,000 - £56,000, depending on experience.
