• Experience selling finance and insurance products to customers.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships to meet business targets.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products to customers.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Meet with customers during the vehicle purchase process to assess needs and present solutions.
• Present additional insurance products where suitable via SDN.
• Monitor department performance and contribute to achieving business plan objectives.
• Ensure policies and procedures, including TCF, are followed.
• Resolve customer issues related to insurance and finance products.
• Report MI to management and comply with training requirements.
