Position Overview:
The Business Manager – Aggregates & Asphalt East will lead the operational, commercial and financial performance of our Aggregates & Asphalt business across the East. Translating strategy into safe, efficient and effective day-to-day delivery, you will drive high-quality production, excellent customer service and continuous improvement in revenue, profitability and performance.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially astute and hands‑on leader who can inspire diverse teams, strengthen customer relationships and build a sustainable, high‑performing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development strategies for Aggregates & Asphalt across the area.


• Set and monitor annual production, sales and EBITDA forecasts, taking timely corrective action where required.


• Drive safe, efficient and high‑quality operations through robust performance review, cost control and continuous improvement.


• Develop long‑term asset performance and capital investment plans that support sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
