As Business Manager, you'll support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and their leadership team in achieving their business objectives. You'll work with a wide variety of stakeholders—from front-line operations teams to senior leaders—and your focus will be providing executive-level advice and driving interdepartmental collaboration.

You will work at least 40% of your week away from home, visiting clients, attending industry events, or working from different office locations.

What you'll be doing:

• Ensure the COO leadership team is set up for success to achieve objectives & key results (OKRs).
• Collaborate effectively through regular interactions and strategic working sessions.
• Confidently challenge and motivate the COO leadership team, hold them accountable to deadlines, and ensure progress on OKRs.
• Act as a conduit to connect other AXA Commercial teams with the COO leadership teams, resolving operational issues promptly.
• Ensure the COO leadership team is fully prepared for key strategic meetings, discussions, and presentations.
• Drive and own departmental engagement communications.
• Manage and deliver ad-hoc strategic projects that provide immediate business value.
