Role Description

As a Business Solution Module Expert specializing in Financial Products Subledger, your role involves working alongside our clients to analyze and define business requirements and processes, crafting solution designs, and assisting in the configuration of this specific module. Beyond client projects, you will contribute to our global practice and enhance existing SAP Fioneer solutions.

Your responsibilities encompass the following:

• Design and Configuration: Designing and configuring standard accounting processes to ensure compliance with IFRS9, IFRS 17, HGB, or other required accounting standards.
• Sales Support: Collaborating closely with our worldwide sales teams to offer support and identify opportunities.
• Development Assistance: Assisting in development activities by working closely with our Product Development Team.
• Financial and Regulatory Expertise: Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of typical financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Custom Enhancements: Supporting the functional specification and solution design for custom enhancements.
• Business Requirements Analysis: Contributing to the analysis of business requirements and assisting in the creation of product backlogs for SAP S/4HANA FPSL implementations at our client sites.

This position offers flexibility in terms of working locations, including Munich, Walldorf, Berlin, or remote from any location in Germany or Austria, with a willingness to travel when necessary.

Your Impact

You drive more efficient digital processes within the module functionalities for our customers and are a key contributor to both the implementation and the further development of the module. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the solutions we develop are seamlessly implemented and integrated into the existing infrastructure of our clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in S/4HANA FPSL, S/4HANA Finance, SAP Bank Analyzer AFI, or SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PAPM)
• Experience in configuring SAP S/4HANA FPSL, S/4HANA Finance and/or SAP PaPM leveraging the provided business content.
• Experience in Finance and Accounting functions in a bank and/or insurance company
• A strong understanding of the accounting processes integrated within the solution.
• Fluent English to facilitate effective communication. German would be a plus, but not a must.
• Possess positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and maintain a customer-centric attitude.
