Job summary

Reed Bournemouth, part of Reed Specialist Recruitment, is seeking a Recruitment Business Manager to lead two established specialisms in Business Support and Accountancy & Finance in Bournemouth. Hybrid role with driving required, you will take ownership of a high-performing desk and grow revenue by developing people and client relationships.

You will balance leadership with your own billing activity, shaping market strategy, guiding a team, and contributing to the continued success of Reed's

Bournemouth | Hybrid Working (4 days office, 1 day home) | Driving Required

Up to £47,000 basic + Car Allowance + Uncapped Bonus

Reed Bournemouth is looking for a Recruitment Business Manager to lead and grow our successful Business Support and Accountancy & Finance specialisms.

This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Recruitment Manager seeking a new challenge or a high-performing Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to step into leadership. You'll inherit established, commercially successful markets with long-standing client relationships, repeat business and significant opportunities for further growth.

Combining leadership responsibilities with your own billing activity, you'll play a key role in driving revenue, developing people and shaping the future success of the Bournemouth office.
