Charlotte Tilbury Business Manager is a unique role that blends commercial acumen, entrepreneurial spirit and a love for the brand’s magic. The position drives the ultimate customer experience by building genuine emotional connections and delivering exceptional product sales.

Job Details
  • Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Location: Trafford Centre.
  • Contract: Permanent.
  • Reporting to the Area Manager.
Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Area Manager.
  • You will be responsible for creating and driving an ultimate experience of the Charlotte Tilbury brand by exceeding KPI's and inspiring your team to deliver.
  • You will be a customer‑experience pioneer – customer service does not exist. You want your customers to be Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors and experience the true magic of Charlotte Tilbury through selling our spellbinding products, leading by example and wanting your customer to return.
  • You will be a true coach and mentor, supporting and developing your team through on‑the‑job training, coaching and ongoing support.
  • You are a collaborator and an innovator, building lasting cross‑functional relationships between retail and head office.
  • You will have proven management experience at Deputy Manager level or above, with a track record of delivering KPI results in a fast‑paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
  • You will be a true leader who inspires your team to be their best selves and empowers them to think limitlessly.
  • You will be highly organised, a problem‑solver who can think on your feet and implement processes and routines creatively.
