Job summary

Dental Beauty Partners is seeking a Multisite Business Manager to oversee an upcoming acquisition around the Kensington area. This full‑time role offers a competitive salary, a performance bonus of up to 20%, and strong head‑office support from day one.

You will lead a fantastic practice team, drive income targets and ensure patient safety and high-quality service across the site. Dental software experience and CQC compliance are valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager in private or mixed practice.
• Commercial awareness with ownership of P&L and development.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team delivering great patient experience.
• Ability to ensure CQC and compliance requirements are met.
• Experience in providing exceptional patient care and service.

Responsibilities

Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be opening a search for an experienced Practice Manager to join our highly reputable mixed dental group. This role will be to manage an upcoming acquisition in/around the Kensington area.

This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst leading a fantastic practice team. You will receive a great deal of support from our head office functions & operational teams from day one in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of your dental practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times
• Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
• Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
• Plan & driving income targets for the practice, along with ensuring performance in line with profit & loss targets - a commercial focus is key for the role
• Monitoring & leading on KPI reviews, P&L calls & supporting clinicians to achieve Private/NHS practice targets
• Dealing promptly with any issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions
• Deliver staff training and development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance managing

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• We are ideally looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager, within a private or mixed practice
• We may also be open to considering applicants with management experience in other sectors such as healthcare, retail & hospitality
• Must be commercially savvy, taking ownership of the practices P&L accounts, understanding areas for development & improvement
• Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring all are working in harmony to deliver a fantastic patient experience
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
• Ensuring CQC & other compliance requirements are met at all times
• Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
• Highly competitive salary is on offer with potential flexibilitydepending on experience & advanced qualifications - there may be scope for negotiation for the successful candidate
• Performance related bonus scheme of up to 20% of salary, based on key performance indicators in the practice
• Access to a large PM network within the business, with conferences, monthly meetings & development programmes for our managers
• A great deal of support in the role from individuals, quality systems and experienced head office departments such as recruitment, marketing & finance
• GDC, Indemnity and CPD costs covered if you're a Qualified Nurse - equivalent to circa £500 per year
