Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Business Manager for our Exeter dealership. The role supports the sales team to maximise vehicle finance and protection opportunities, presenting products clearly and tailoring options to customers while ensuring compliance and meeting targets.

You will drive performance, deliver a professional customer journey, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced dealership environment in Exeter.

Qualifications

• Experience as Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Automotive Sales Manager.
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products.
• Good knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team in maximising vehicle, finance and protection opportunities.
• Present finance, insurance, warranty and protection products clearly to customers.
• Tailor finance and protection options to individual customer requirements.
• Ensure sales are completed compliantly and meet regulatory standards.

Business Manager – Exeter

We are recruiting for an experienced Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Automotive Sales Manager to join a successful main dealership in Exeter. Applicants must have previous automotive Business Manager, Transaction Manager or sales management experience, strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance and compliance, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.

Location: Exeter

Salary: £35,000 basic

OTE: £55,000

• Full UK Driving Licence
