Perfect Placement is seeking a highly skilled automotive professional for a Business Manager role at a reputable Exeter dealership. You will support the sales team, manage finance opportunities, and drive customer-focused sales.

The package includes a £35,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of £55,000, a company car, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, enhanced maternity/paternity benefits, pension, share incentives, and ongoing training with clear development pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Manager or in automotive sales management.
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Independent decision-making and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team to maximise vehicle and finance opportunities.
• Present and explain finance, insurance, warranty, and protection products.
• Ensure a transparent and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Ensure all finance agreements and sales activities adhere to regulatory standards.
• Build rapport and trust with customers to foster long-term relationships.
• Drive department performance in line with targets.
• Promote the Group's Active Sales process.
• Provide expert advice on vehicle finance and related products.
