TEC Partnership in Beverley is seeking a motivated Lecturer in Business to lead and develop a thriving curriculum area. You will combine high-quality teaching with curriculum leadership, supporting learners to achieve their potential and progress into higher education, apprenticeships, and industry careers.

You will work with employers and partners, promote enrichment, and provide strong pastoral support, while overseeing the learner journey from recruitment to completion.

Formación

• A relevant degree in Business or related field is essential.
• Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one) is desired.
• Experience in FE, training or related environment is advantageous.
• Proven ability to monitor progress and drive quality improvement.

As Lecturer, you will shape an engaging and inclusive learning experience, l commit to teaching, learning and assessing excellence, and drive high standards of achievement, attendance and progression. You will oversee the full learner journey, from recruitment through to completion, while working closely with employers and industry partners, promoting enrichment opportunities, and providing strong pastoral support. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication and organisational skills who can inspire both learners and colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement across the programme.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring individual with a passion for Business education and a strong commitment to helping learners achieve their goals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with learners, colleagues, employers and stakeholders, and create an engaging learning environment that supports progression and success. You will have experience teaching or supporting learners within Further Education, training or a related environment, alongside a proven ability to monitor progress, drive achievement and contribute to quality improvement. A relevant degree in Business or a related field/experience is essential, along with a recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one). Up-to-date industry knowledge, confidence in using digital technologies to enhance learning, and a proactive approach to curriculum development and continuous professional development are also key.
