About You

We're looking for a passionate and committed individual with:

• Proven experience in business lectureringStrong knowledge of Business and BTEC curriculumExcellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skillsA commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching

You will be required to teach across Business at level 1 through to level 3, including BTEC and T-Level qualifications, with other curriculum responsibilities that include assessment, feedback, tracking student achievement and maintaining high-quality standards.A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
