Job summary

TEC Partnership in Beverley is seeking a motivated Lecturer in Business to lead and develop a thriving curriculum area. You will combine high-quality teaching with curriculum leadership, supporting learners to achieve their potential and progress into higher education, apprenticeships, and industry careers.

You will work with employers and partners, promote enrichment, and provide strong pastoral support, while overseeing the learner journey from recruitment to completion.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Business or related field is essential.
• Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one) is desired.
• Experience in FE, training or related environment is advantageous.
• Proven ability to monitor progress and drive quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Business curriculum area and teaching team.
• Deliver high-quality teaching and assess learners across levels.
• Engage with employers and industry partners to provide enrichment activities.
