Autograph Recruitment is partnering with a Chepstow-based, established business to recruit a confident Business Development Executive. The role focuses on building a robust pipeline, securing new opportunities and driving revenue through uncapped commission.

You will engage with prospective clients, understand needs, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with the team to exceed sales targets in a growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Confident communicating with customers by telephone, email and face-to-face.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Commercially aware with a genuine drive to achieve results.
• Organised, resilient and comfortable working towards targets.
• Full UK driving licence would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers through calls, emails and networking.
• Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
• Follow up enquiries and confidently progress opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress.
• Work towards individual and company sales targets.
• Represent the business professionally at meetings and industry events.
