Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Business Growth and Development Coordinator to help drive the Renewable Energy and Carbon Advisory (RECA) Client Development program. The RECA team is the global leader in supporting corporate and industrial customers in defining strategies and facilitating procurement of renewable energy in service of sustainability and financial goals.

The role will provide administrative and operational support to the Europe-wide RECA Client Development Team and coordinate as appropriate with the RECA team.

Specifically, this role will generate presentations and comprehensive proposals based on client profiles, market fundamentals, project and contract structures, strategic proposals, environmental commodity advisory, market and project economics, assist in contract preparation, and support client relations.

You will liaise with Marketing Teams to develop sales enablement tools like presentation decks, undertake project work to keep our offers current, and foster innovation and new offer development.

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain RECA’s proposal materials and pricing workbooks related to renewable energy strategies and procurement.
  • Represent RECA’s offers throughout the sales process and maintain a proposal library.
  • Support proposal standards and client-specific proposal generation.
  • Create presentation decks for sales and client meetings, customize marketing templates, and improve sales processes.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Client Delivery teams to craft customized sales materials.
  • Lead sales process improvements and identify service expansion opportunities.
  • Develop sample project data for presentations and build relationships across departments.

About You:

  • Ideal for someone with experience in a related industry or sales position, eager to grow into a top performer.
  • Experience with the sales process for professional services to industrial or commercial clients; renewable energy or sustainability industry experience is preferred.
  • Self-starter capable of understanding client demands quickly and supporting sales performance.
  • Proven success or support in consultative sales roles.
  • Experience presenting to management levels at Fortune 500 companies is a plus.
  • Experience with complex sales cycles (up to 6 months) is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
