Job summary

Right at Home UK is seeking a Business Growth Consultant to help franchise owners scale operations. You will combine onsite visits with virtual meetings to embed processes, improve recruitment, marketing, and onboarding, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

You will coach franchisees, build strong relationships, analyze performance data, and develop action plans with clear KPIs. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment offering a competitive package and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Experience in franchising sector (preferred).
• Experience in care sector (preferred).
• Strong analytical and KPI-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to franchise sites for hands-on support (if needed).

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Franchise Owners to enhance performance.
• Build trusting relationships as the primary franchisee contact.
• Visit sites in person to embed processes during onboarding.
• Analyse recruitment, retention, and marketing data to optimise efforts.
• Share best practices for acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Conduct financial analysis and assist with action planning.
• Facilitate business growth sessions and assist with KPIs.
• Support annual business planning and target setting for revenue, recruitment, and quality improvements.
• Help localise marketing and recruitment campaigns.
• Collaborate with National Office teams for specialised support.
• Maintain detailed franchisee records and track progress.
• Develop action plans based on stakeholder feedback.

As a Business Growth Consultant, You Will

• Support annual business planning and target setting for revenue, recruitment, and quality improvements.
• Help localise marketing and recruitment campaigns.

• Support system and process implementation.
