Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the business development team to achieve revenue, pipeline and growth targets.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Set clear expectations around sales activity, opportunity progression, conversion and revenue.
• Identify performance gaps early and implement improvement plans.
• Lead pipeline and forecast reviews and help team overcome barriers to progress opportunities.
• Champion Salesforce best practice with accurate records and reporting.
• Use sales data to identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve results.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development.
• Build a positive sales culture with shared accountability and recognition of success.
