Job Description:
About You:
  • You will have between 6-18 months of BDR/SDR experience and be eager to continue in a lead generation role for the next 12 months.
  • You come from a SaaS vendor, ideally a pre-IPO or startup environment.
  • You have demonstrated success and a track record of overachieving targets.
  • You are self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing your time effectively while handling multiple tasks.
About the Role:

In this fast-growing, agile team, you'll work closely with the Sales Director, Account Executives, and other cross-functional teams to drive growth by:

  • Building and prioritizing target account lists.
  • Prospecting new business opportunities.
  • Identifying and qualifying customer goals.
  • Managing inbound leads with timely follow-up and qualification.
  • Engaging with prospects, including C-suite and Directors, to articulate the value proposition.
  • Conducting discovery calls to assess pain points and needs, gathering key information to qualify opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
