Business Development Representative (DACH Region)

Join us in bringing joy to customer experience. Five9 is a leading provider of cloud contact center software, bringing the power of cloud innovation to customers worldwide.

As a member of the Business Development team, you will be responsible for generating pipeline for our Small/Mid-size and Enterprise Sales teams in the DACH Region. You will be at the forefront of presenting Five9 to prospective clients, with success leading to career growth opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify outbound leads from marketing in the DACH Region and convert them into opportunities.
  • Meet quotas for qualified sales opportunities for Five9's sales teams.
  • Handle all leads proactively and appropriately.
  • Qualify prospects based on criteria such as suitability, budget, authority, need, and timing.
  • Build relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs.
  • Communicate Five9's value propositions effectively via phone and email.
  • Log activities and information in Salesforce.com.
  • Provide feedback on sales tools, prospect information, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, channel, and marketing teams to improve demand generation processes.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fluent in German and English; Spanish/Portuguese is an advantage.
  • Experience in lead generation and cold calling.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and office software.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, business acumen, and team orientation.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience with SaaS or enterprise products is a plus.
