Business Development Representative (BDR) - Commercial Real Estate / Serviced Offices - London - GBP30k-GBP40k + Uncapped Commission

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and business-savvy B2B SDR / BDR to join a fast-paced, successful organisation based in Central London.

With a strategic mindset and results-driven approach, you will excel in challenging environments where you can innovate, build strong relationships, and secure sales.

Our client offers a competitive basic salary of GBP40k, plus uncapped commission, performance incentives, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, an enhanced pension scheme, onsite gym, employee assistance programme, company socials, STL, and more.

This role is based in the stunning offices in the City.

Key responsibilities as the Business Development Representative (BDR):
  1. Research and target new business opportunities
  2. Proactively outreach to prospective clients
  3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and exceed targets
  4. Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, stakeholders, and partners
  5. Manage sales pipelines using Salesforce
  6. Utilize market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors
  7. Network at events, trade shows, and industry gatherings, representing the company
  8. Maintain accurate records

What we are looking for:
  1. Proven success in similar sales or business development roles, ideally within property, real estate, serviced offices, B2B, or corporate hospitality
  2. Commercially savvy, results-driven, and ambitious
  3. Passionate about exceeding targets
  4. Skilled at building and maintaining effective business relationships
  5. Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
  6. Strong research skills to identify new opportunities
  7. Excellent communication skills at all levels
  8. Self-motivated and proactive
  9. Professionally presented and able to represent the brand at industry events
  10. IT literate with strong MS Office skills; Salesforce experience is a plus
