New Business Development Manager – Arrow ECS

About the Role:
Join Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions as a New Business Development Manager, driving revenue growth by identifying end-user sales leads and acquiring new channel partners. Collaborate with vendor teams and seamlessly hand over qualified opportunities to the business development team. Reporting to the Business Manager, you’ll be part of a dynamic, diverse team.

What You Will Do:

  • End-User Sales Lead Generation: Identify potential end-users, conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored pitches, and qualify leads. Collaborate with the Business Development team to engage vendors and assign leads to channel partners.

  • Channel Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard new partners (MSPs, VARs, resellers). Qualify and transition partners to the BDM for activation and growth.

  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with sales and vendor teams, maintain accurate records, and meet/exceed KPIs.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales, business development, or lead generation experience, preferably in IT sales.

  • Proven ability to generate and qualify sales leads independently.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and collaborative.

  • Willingness to travel and fluency in English.
