Role: Business Development Manager/Director

Location: Home-based with travel to customer/office sites when required

Job Type: Permanent

  • The successful candidate will join Nasstar’s ICC Business Division Sales team focused on new business and be responsible for growing new logos in the organization.
  • The role requires a confident, experienced, and self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to identify and close new opportunities.
  • Creating compelling sales solutions based on understanding customer needs and how Nasstar can provide solutions that address technical and business problems.
  • The role involves flexibility in working from home and business travel.
  • Strong relationships with internal teams and clients are essential, with high levels of maturity and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to advise clients on solutions provided by Nasstar's ICC Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with Marketing, Fortinet, and Cisco to uncover new leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other Business Units to drive ICC opportunities.
  • Meet targets for NRR and MRR by closing new business.
  • Coordinate with Pre-Sales to ensure high-quality proposals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates for pipeline and deal tracking.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Research prospects and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Partner effectively with vendors.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience selling professional and managed services solutions to new customers.
  • Knowledge of products like Cyber Security, Fortinet SD WAN & SASE, Cisco, Network Security Solutions, and supporting partner ecosystems.
  • Experience in building relationships within vendors (e.g., Fortinet).
  • Understanding of working with Managed Services.
