Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Business Development Manager – Structural Steel & Concrete Decking for a national role covering the Midlands region. You will drive field sales, build relationships with main contractors and sub-contractors, and work with the internal estimating and sales team to win projects.

Ideal candidates have construction industry sales experience, strong networking contacts, and a proactive, commercially minded attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development / sales within the construction industry.
• Experience selling to main contractors & sub-contractors or steel fabricators.
• Autonomous, commercially minded and well organised.

Responsibilities

• Field sales selling a manufactured range of steel & concrete roofing decking, cladding and deck flooring systems to main contractors and sub-contractors.
• Sell to main contractors, sub-contractors such as specialist steel framing contractors, steel fabricators, flooring and roofing contractors.
• Collaborate with internal estimating / sales team to support project wins.
