Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow sales of sliding door hardware systems nationwide, preferably based centrally in the UK. You will own new business development and manage key contractor accounts.

The role offers a salary of £45,000–£50,000 plus commission, car allowance and a benefits package, with strong internal support to win opportunities across fit-out contractors, housebuilders, steel frame and modular manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in door hardware or sliding doors.
• Experience selling to fit-out contractors, housebuilders, or manufacturers.
• Willingness to cover national territory, ideally based centrally in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Sell a range of sliding door hardware systems to contractors and manufacturers.
• Develop new business by targeting fit-out contractors, housebuilders, steel frame and modular manufacturers.
• Turnover targets to be defined by experience and market potential.
• Drive new business and build strong relationships with key accounts.
• Receive strong internal support to win opportunities.
